- We do not offer returns for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully.
- If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect please complete the below return form within 30 days of receiving your item. We reserve the right to ask you for photos before approving any refunds or exchanges. Please provide as much information for us to assess your claim.
- A re-stocking fee of 10% or postage costs may be applicable in some cases (not applicable when your item is incorrect or faulty).
- All items will be assessed on a case by case basis and you will be either offered a refund, partial refund or exchange if your return is approved.
- Occasionally our supplier may have sold out of an item before our website was updated. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or exchange depending on which you would prefer.
